Portable Video: What to look for?

You need to decide whether you are happy lugging your DVDs arround or having the know-how and patience to rip them into MP4s for a hard drive.

Screen size
Hardened movie enthusiasts might be happy only with an expansive 8in screen. Most jukeboxs and portable Media Centers have a 3.5in display which doesn't yet match DVD players.

Unit size
Through not quiet pocketable, most player are neat packages that vary in relation to screen size.

Battery life
Make sure this is at least 2.5 hours.
