Miranda IM Portable is the popular Miranda IM packaged as a portable app, so you can take your instant messaging client on the go.
*ANSI or Unicode? - ANSI will still run on Windows 95, 98 and Me (as well as Windows 2000 and up) but only supports 'standard' languages (French, Italian, Spanish, etc). Unicode can handle advanced script plugins (like Hebrew, Arabic, Greek, Cyrillic, etc) but requires Windows 2000 and up.
