Apacer DDR3-1600MHz

In addition to the DDR3 1066/1333 models, Apacer Technology has announced the world's first DDR3-1600MHz overclocking module that has full support for Intel's Bearlake* desktop chipset. This high-level DDR3 range delivers higher performance, lower energy consumption and has a greater capacity.

Equipped with an 8-bit prefetch design, a computing speed of 800-1600MHz compared to DDR2 which using the 4-bit prefetch design with a computing speed 400-800MHz and voltage is at 1.5V unliked DDR2 which is controlled at 1.8V.

The Apacer DDR3 desktop range includes the DDR3-1066MHz and DDR3-1333MHz both with 512KB and 1GB models.
